FASTING FREE / SAFETY
A timer is a tool, not a rule.
Fasting Free records time. It does not provide medical advice, diagnose a condition, or recommend that you skip food. You can end a session at any point.
Before changing when you eat
Talk with a qualified health professional about whether fasting is appropriate for you, especially if you have a medical condition or take medication. Do not use this tracker to pursue fasting if you are under 18, pregnant or breastfeeding, or have a history of an eating disorder. People with type 1 diabetes who take insulin should not try intermittent fasting without medical guidance.
Longer is not automatically better. Stop if you feel unwell and seek appropriate medical help. Our optional timer targets do not measure your body’s metabolic state.
No body-stage predictions
The app does not tell you that you have entered ketosis, autophagy, or a “fat-burning” phase. It shows the difference between two times you record. The displayed history is not a clinical record.
